Opt for artichokes in water rather than oil for this recipe. Parmesan cheese works great on top, but it’s 100% up to you.

Mix the artichokes with the mayo and spices. Then, place in a zip-top bag with the breadcrumbs. Shake until well coated.

22. Buttery Stuffed Artichokes
Stuffed artichoke recipes are always crowd pleasers, and you can be sure that everyone will love this dish.
You’ll need globe artichokes, lemon and water (for steaming) for the base of this recipe. The stuffing is a blend of Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, spices, lemon, butter and olive oil.
You can keep the stuffing simple, or you can jazz it up by adding sundried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, crumbled Italian sausage or anchovy paste.
For this recipe, you really do need whole artichokes. It takes some patience to steam them, but trust me, it’s worth it.
