25+ Simple No-Bake Recipes to Impress Your Guests
1. No-Bake Brownie Bites
These brownie bites taste just like their baked cousins, but all you need to do is mix the ingredients and serve (essentially).
Once you’ve mixed all of the core ingredients, you’ll roll the dough into balls and chill in the fridge. Then, use a double-boiler to melt chocolate. Dip each brownie bite into the chocolate and allow them to set before serving.
Feel free to add some extra chocolate chips to the top if you want.
2. Mini Vegan No-Bake Biscoff Cheesecake Bites
These tasty Biscoff cheesecakes don’t need to be baked, and they look so fancy. If you’re vegan or your guests are vegan, then you’ll love this recipe.
The base is simple: crushed Biscoff biscuits and dairy-free butter. The cheesecake filling is a blend of dairy-free whipping cream, dairy-free cream cheese, Biscoff biscuits and Biscoff spread.
Each cake is topped with dairy-free whipping cream, Biscoff spread and a Biscoff biscuit.
3. Rocky Road Bars
These rocky road bars are delicious and so simple to make. They’re a mix of peanut butter, unsalted butter, chocolate chips, Rice Krispies and mini marshmallows.
You’ll need to melt the chocolate and butter, but apart from that, you’ll just need to mix the ingredients together. Chill in the fridge for a few hours, slice and serve.
4. Oreo Cheesecake Bites
One of my favorite no bake recipes to make for parties. These bites are so delicious that they disappear as soon as I serve them.
You’ll use Oreo thins for this recipe, along with low fat Cool Whip, vanilla extract, vanilla yogurt and fat free cream cheese.
These are set in a muffin tin with liners, so they look presentation-perfect when you serve them.
5. No Bake Superfood Brownies
Healthy brownies? Count me in. The bars are a mix of Medjool dates, walnuts, pecans, pistachios, coconut, chia seeds, cacao powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cranberries and sea salt.
Each one is topped with melted dark chocolate and garnished with more pistachios, dried berries, chopped pecans and more sea salt.
6. No-Bake Lemon Coconut Squares
These squares have a refreshing lemony flavor with rich coconut and a delicious graham cracker base.
Sweetened condensed milk and melted butter add richness and sweetness to these bars. And the frosting is a tasty mix of icing sugar, butter, lemon juice and shredded coconut.
To make these, you’ll start with the graham cracker crust, which needs to be refrigerated to set. While that’s chilling, make the frosting, spread it across the crust and chill again before serving.
7. No-Bake Cosmic Brownies
These vegan cosmic brownies are healthy and delicious. The base is made with Medjool dates, almond flour, walnuts, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt.
The topping? A tasty ganache made from coconut cream, chocolate chips, maple syrup, vanilla extract and rainbow candy-coated chips.
8. No-Bake Swiss Rolls
These Swiss rolls are plant-based and absolutely addicting. The dough is made with gentle ingredients like oat flour, almond flour, cacao powder, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla paste and dairy-free milk.
The filling? Vegan cream cheese, maple syrup and vanilla paste. Wholesome ingredients that satisfy your sweet tooth.
9. White Chocolate Lemon Truffles
I adore these truffles. They’re so easy to make, too. Just place your white chocolate chips in a bowl and set aside. Melt butter and some lemon zest in a pan. Add heavy cream and heat until almost boiling. Pour through a fine-mesh sieve directly over the white chocolate to melt it.
Add vanilla extract if you want. Then, chill and form into balls before serving. We like to roll them in powdered sugar first.

10. No Bake Fifteen Minute Thin Mints
Thin Mints? Without having to bake anything? Sign me up.
Technically, this recipe does a little cheating. It dips Oreo cookie halves in melted chocolate flavored with peppermint extract.
But does that matter? No. It tastes just like the real thing.
11. Vegan No-Bake Pistachio Cheesecake
One of my favorite no bake recipes on this list because the flavors are delicious and the presentation is top-notch.
The base is a fun mix of digestive biscuits, dairy-free butter and pistachio nuts. The filling blends cashew nuts, vegan cream cheese, pistachio butter, white chocolate, vanilla extract, coconut cream and powdered sugar.
The whole thing is topped with a dairy-free whipping cream and chopped pistachios.
12. 3-Ingredient No Bake Oreo Balls
These Oreo balls only require three ingredients and a few minutes to make. Just pulse Oreos in a food processor or blender until they turn into fine crumbs. Then, mix cream cheese in to make a dough-like consistency.
Roll into balls and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Roll each ball in powdered sugar and enjoy! So easy yet so tasty.
13. No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake
No-baked cheesecakes are one of my favorite things (can you tell?), and this Oreo variation is no exception.
The crust is just a mix of Oreos and melted butter. The filling calls for cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, heavy cream and more Oreos.
I like to top my cheesecake with more whole Oreos and whipped cream.
14. Cinnamon Roll Bites
These cinnamon roll bites are on the healthier side, which is great news for your guests. The dough is made with almond flour, oat flour, sea salt, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla.
Blend everything together until it forms a dough. Shape and roll.
Then, make the filling with dates, coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and water.
Spread on your dough, roll and slice into bite-sized pieces.
15. Oreo Filled Peanut Butter Bars
These peanut butter bars have Oreo cookies inside and powdered sugar for an extra kick of sweetness. Top your bars with a chocolate ganache made with chocolate, butter and corn syrup.
I recommend using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment to mix the base ingredients for this bar. It makes life easier.
16. Samoa Truffles
These truffles taste just like the cookies they’re named after. That’s all thanks to the Keebler Shortbread Sandies that act as the base of these truffles.
Caramel, heavy cream, chocolate and coconut flakes add the finishing touches.

17. Chocolate Hedgehog Slices
Hedgehog slices are one of the most appetizing no bake recipes because they’re topped with colorful sprinkles and taste so good. You’ll only need biscuits, sweetened condensed milk, coconut, butter, cocoa powder, chocolate, salt and cream.
Combine the ingredients, add your chocolate and mix well.
Add sprinkles on top and any extras that you like.
18. Chickpea Cookie Dough Balls
I know it sounds odd, but this recipe calls for chickpeas that you’ll pulse in a food processor. Once crumbly in texture, add oats and continue to pulse for a minute before adding in your salt, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Pulse until the mixture is smooth, remove the batter to a bowl, and fold in your chocolate chips.
Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
19. Mint Oreo Truffles
Mint Oreo cookies, cream cheese, white or dark chocolate (your choice), green food coloring and sprinkles are all you need. Crush your Oreos, mix your cream cheese in, shape and chill the truffles. Melt your chocolate, coat the truffles and decorate.
20. Chocolate Oat Bites
Melt butter, nut butter and honey together in the microwave and stir. Pour in your oats and combine well before stirring in your coconut and chocolate chips. Pour into an 8×8 pan and place in the fridge for 30 to 45 minutes.
21. Raspberry Coconut Fudge
These fudge bars are an instant conversation starter because they almost look too good to be real. You’ll only need four ingredients to make them, too: creamed coconut, fresh raspberries, lemon zest and maple syrup.
22. Chocolate Oat Bars
Oat bars are too simple to make and only require a cup of butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, rolled oats, ground cinnamon, salt, chocolate chips and crunchy peanut butter. Combine your butter, sugar and vanilla in a medium saucepan on low heat.
Stir in your oats, cinnamon and salt.
Pour a mix of chocolate and peanut butter on the bottom oat layer and save some to drizzle on top.
23. Cookie Butter Icebox Cake
Look how amazing this cake looks! And it takes just 15 minutes to put together. Whip two cups of heavy cream in a bowl. You’ll then add cookie butter that’s made of Biscoff, mascarpone cream, pure vanilla extract, salt and confectioner’s sugar.
Line your loaf pan with plastic wrap and layer the bottom with Biscoff cookies, followed by your cream mixture and then repeat in layers, making sure the top layer is made of cookies.
Refrigerate for 24 hours and serve with Biscoff spread on top.
24. 10-minute Tiramisu Balls
Tiramisu no bake recipes always taste so good. You’ll create a base of ladyfingers, brewed espresso and coffee liqueur. Mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and salt will make up your cream mixture.
You’ll finish by topping your balls with cocoa powder to add an intense flavor to your tiramisu balls.

25. No-Bake Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter Protein Bites
Combine your cottage cheese, honey and vanilla extract in a blender until it’s lump-free. Add your mixture into a bowl, stir in cocoa and protein powder and mix until it’s thick. Incorporate your nuts and seeds, followed by chocolate chips.
Form your bites using a small cookie scoop and then roll between your hands.
Chill for an hour in the refrigerator and serve.
26. Cookie Dough Fudge
You’ll need just over 2 hours and 15 minutes for these, but prep is just 15 minutes. Line your 8×8 pan with parchment paper to start. You’ll then microwave your all-purpose flour, stir and set aside.
Use a stand mixer to combine your butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk and vanilla.
Melt your sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate. Pour into your cookie dough bowl and combine well. Fold in your frozen chocolate chips, pour the fudge into your pan, refrigerate for two hours and store until it’s ready to serve.
