Green Keto Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • 15 g/handful kale
  • 10 g/handful fresh mint leaves
  • 50 g fennel seeds or 1 celery stick
  • 1 tsp  lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp    protein powder unsweetened
  • 1 cup    coconut milk
  • 1 tsp     ginger grated
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½  cup ice

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruit by slicing in and roughly chopping the avocado.
  • To a blender add the avocado, fennel seeds, kale, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, cucumber, protein powder, coconut milk, ginger, and ice.
  • Set the blender to high and blend for 1 minute until the smoothie is thick and smooth.
  • Adjust to desired consistency with additional coconut milk.
  • Pour the chilled keto green smoothie into your preferred glass and enjoy!
