Instructions
Prepare the fruit by slicing in and roughly chopping the avocado.
To a blender add the avocado, fennel seeds, kale, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, cucumber, protein powder, coconut milk, ginger, and ice.
Set the blender to high and blend for 1 minute until the smoothie is thick and smooth.
Adjust to desired consistency with additional coconut milk.
Pour the chilled keto green smoothie into your preferred glass and enjoy!
