Keto Green Smoothie With Avocado, Watercress and Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp     lemon juice
  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp     ginger grated
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruit by slicing in and roughly chopping the avocado.
  • To a blender add the avocado, lemon juice, watercress, spinach, coconut milk, ginger, and ice.
  • Set the blender to high and blend for 1 minute until the smoothie is thick and smooth.
  • Adjust to desired consistency with additional coconut milk.
  • Pour the chilled keto breakfast smoothie into your preferred glass and enjoy!
