Add the sugar to the mixture along with the remaining ingredients and mix lightly together.
Scoop the mixture into the prepared cases.
For approximately 20 minutes, leave in the oven to bake or until golden and springy to the touch.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool completely.
